:: The Vanilla Place ::

Salam and Holla,

Fuh2, *gaya tiup sawang* berhabuk sana sini sebab lama tak update. So post untuk Pahang Trip kena stop kejap sebab kami berdua agak busy *konon2 la busy*. So harini nak update pasal tempat makan.
Empire Gallery Mall terletak berhampiran dengan Subang Parade di Subang Jaya mempunyai banyak pilihan restoren yang menawarkan menu-menu yang terbaik dari segi main dish mahupun ke dessert.

Kali ni kita akan bercerita mengenai " The Vanilla Place ", a good place for the dessert hunter. Located in front of the Toy R Us at 1st floor. Just find the escalator and you'll find the restaurant, not for someone who is looking for a grand and luxurious purpose, cozy and relaxing is the best word to describe this place.

Kami sampai dalam pukul 1400 hr ++, so the best meal to have is "Plate for Two" lebih kurang la macam ni nama dia. Ape yg menariknye menu ni ialah daya tarikan pelbagai jenis manisan n pastry yg digabungkan justeru memikat selera sesiapa yg meminatinya.. ini dihidangkan dalam tiga tingkat pinggan.. at the top, terdapat macaroons, baked bread wif blueberry and cupcakes.. and the second tier, we had our chocolate cakes wif strawberry on top, carrot cakes wif lemon on top  and crunchy mix vegetable pies, while at the bottom of the dishes were tuna wif breads, crumble egg wif breads, salad wif breads, tomato wif breads, mushroom pies and chicken mushrom chees pies.

Even thought the dishes in a small sizes, you can feel enough. These dishes come together wif two types of water. Refillable of variety of tea or for the coffe fan, u can choose for coffee BUT u cannot refill. For us, we choose rose marry tea serve in a tea pot..enough for two person.. is it worth it? yes it's worth it becoz you we just spent RM28 for this sweet n cute dishes..*this price not include the govt tax ya*...so we enjoy it..u also can enjoy the yummie dishes..have a try :)

:: Tanjung Lumpur & Teluk Cempedak ::

Salam and Hola !

Lets continue the journey of exploring Kuantan with the two must visit places here.

Tanjung Lumpur is the most popular place for the seafood lover since it offers quite cheap seafood meals compared to KL. How to get here, an easy answer - follow the signboard and you'll definitely find the place.

There are many restaurants in here and the parking spot is not as easy as you thought it will be. even tougher at night. As been recommended  by some people, we tried ANA IKAN BAKAR restaurant, this restaurants managed to open 3 branches. Easy to spot, its located at the first and last row.

tips: if you are the so-called-musafir come around 645 and you'll not regret as you might eat after one and half hour later. easy to park your car and easy to find an empty seat. since u CAN jama' your maghrib to isyak later.

Enjoy the pic peeps.

Mushroom + chicken soup

Kailan with salted fish

tempura squid

quenching thirst watermelon in big size

Togok grilled fish

it costs us for RM50++ only.
We would classified this as SATISFACTORY. A value for money gastronomy experience. After a great worthy dinner, we move on to the heart of Kuantan night life, TELUK CEMPEDAK. Again, by following the sign board, no excuse for LOST is following you. ;)

:: Kuantan day 1 : Areena Batik Boutique Hotel ::

Salam and Hola !

Let's continue with our accomodation during our stay at Kuantan. Right after we entered the Lebuhraya Pantai Timur (LPT) heading to Kuantan, laptop opened and broadband connected. What else, sorry not FB at this moment, Agoda.com is the best website at the moment.

Surfed and browsed the most suitable, affordable and comfortable hotel, and of course the best value for money. Areena Batik Boutique Hotel found as the best.

The room cost us about RM 93 per night (Tatami room). Transaction done and the hotel booked! As we reached Kuantan city around 5pm and bit lost while looking for the hotel.

This hotel is located at Jalan Dato' Wong Ah Jang.

The staff is friendly and helpful. During our stay, the hotel is just opened for about two months and the cafe is still in progress. I believed that this hotel will turn to a beautiful and relaxing hotel soon.

Even though the room is compact ( read : small), still, the customer's need is complete, such mini fridge, iron with the board, hair drier, water heater, safety deposit box, complimentary water, coffee/tea and not to forget the kiblat and prayer mat :)

Overall, I would rate this hotel with 8.3/10.

Next post will be the dinner at Tanjung Lumpur and Teluk Cempedak night life.

:: Japanese Village ::

 Salam and Hola !

Sambungan seterusnya masih mengenai Colmar Tropicale- Japanese Village.

(Refer jadual kat tempat menunggu).

Nak ke Japanese Village ni tak payah la nak konpiden naik kenderaan sendiri, sebab bukit nak ke Japenese Village (JV) ni mencanak tinggi. Kalau rerasa break pad tu dah lama tak tukar, baiklah naik je shuttle transport tu. Setel !.

Di JV ni sangat la damai, I said to Mdm Sudu "Its like we are in Osaka". Hahaha. Sangat la tenang *walau panas sbb kita kat Malaysia ok*. Maka berjimbalah anda disana.

Enjoy the pic peeps :)
